Crafted to highlight the natural character of each type of wood, this piece features hand‑carved marks and a calm, refined finish created through multiple layers of raw lacquer using the fuki‑urushi technique. The asymmetrical scalloped shape adds a playful yet relaxed charm, making it suitable not only as a decorative piece but also as a small tray for breakfast or tea time.
